Founded in 1945, Cherry Hills Village in Arapahoe County is an affluent community which features some of Colorado's most luxurious and expensive homes and estates. This community is comprised of approximately 6 square miles and with a population of 6,185 in July 2006. Cherry Hills Village has no commercial zoning.
