Lookout Ridge Subdivision
Lookout Ridge Subdivision in Boulder Colorado was established in October of 1988. The First Filing was compromised of 106.48 acres. Seven homes were built from 1989 through 1999, each on 3 to 5 acre lots. The Second Filing of 57.079 acres occurred in April of 1989, and an additional three homes were then built in 1990 and 1994, each also on 3 to 5 acre lots.
