Broomfield Colorado Real Estate and Broomfield CO Homes
Broomfield Colorado is located near the intersection of US 36 and State Highway 287, only a few miles from Denver and Boulder. It began as an agricultural community. Tenant farmers worked half the land in dry crops and half in irrigated farming. Adolph Zang brought in a railroad spur in 1885. Present day Broomfield combines the advantages of small town living with the conveniences of a large city. It became its own county in 2001 and is a master planned community.

In November of 2005, a special new housing development named Anthem opened its Model Villages in Broomfield. Located on over 2,600 acres of beautiful land at Lowell Blvd and State Highway 7.

Westminster Colorado Real Estate and Westminter CO Homes
Centrally located between Denver and Boulder, Westminster Colorado has direct access to major highways and is within easy reach of major businesses and retail centers, along with a variety of entertainment and recreation facilities. Adams County's largest employer is Lucent Technology. There are more than 100 other high-tech firms. A new Westin Hotel and Conference Center was recently built. Denver International Airport (DIA) is only 30 minutes away.

Superior
Superior Colorado Real Estate and Superior CO Homes
Founded in 1896 and incorporated in 1904, Superior Colorado was named after the "superior" quality of the coal mined in the area. In 1987, land was subdivided for a new development known as Rock Creek Ranch. A newer subdivision named Sagamore has also been developed to the west.
Upscale shopping is just a few minutes away at the new Flatiron Crossing Mall, with a myriad of feature stores, including Nordstrom, restaurants, theaters, an outdoor village and services. Superior Marketplace has grown tremendously, with many retail outlets minutes from home.
