Boulder Heights Subdivision |
Mountain Subdivisions: Boulder Heights
Boulder Heights is nestled in the hills only 5.6 miles from the heart of Boulder Colorado, at altitudes ranging from 6000 to 8000 feet. This subdivision was founded in the mid-50's by William Stasick from New Jersey. Continual growth occurred during the 60's, 70's and 80's.
Boulder Heights is comprised of approximately 375 beautiful homes on 1 to 10 acres, many with spectacular views of the plains. Once a "short-cut" wagon route to the small mining town of Ward Colorado, Lee Hill Road is now the primary northwest access into this dramatic subdivision. The road was not fully paved until the late 1980's. This community remains a more rural mountain alternative to adjacent Pine Brook Hills. Boulder Heights...majestic mountain living at its finest!
